CEO/Owner
Dr. Schottel was born in New York and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He currently resides in Port Orange with his wife Rebecca and daughter. Here is where he established his practice Anti-Aging and Regenerative Associates in 2017.
Dr. Schottel received his medical training at Saba University School of Medicine, earned his Doctor of Medical Sciences at Wilmington University and his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. He also received his Master of Science in Nursing from South University and MBA from Davenport University. Dr. Schottel holds board certifications in Adult Primary Care, Pain Management, Anti-Aging Medicine, Chiropractic Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine and Physiotherapy. Dr. Schottel is a Fellow in Metabolic Medicine and his sub-specialization is Metabolic Cardiology and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Schottel played minor league professional football for the Jacksonville Bandits and Brunswick Tigers. He also holds a national and world title in powerlifting. He enjoys spending time with his family/friends, working out, watching sports and reading.
COO/Owner
Rebecca, a proud Pittsburgh native and lifelong Steelers fan, was raised in Orange Park, Florida. She later moved to Port Orange with her husband, Jason, and their daughter, where she played a key role in establishing Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates. As the practice’s operations manager, she oversees daily functions to ensure seamless patient care.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida, Rebecca has been a dedicated nurse for 25 years, specializing in mental health and correctional nursing. A strong advocate for the military and first responders, she takes immense pride in her oldest child’s service in the U.S. Air Force.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, watching her daughter play volleyball, reading, and spending quality moments with family and friends. She also cherishes the simple joys of home, surrounded by her three dogs and cat, embracing both adventure and tranquility.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a Florida native raised in Weston and currently resides in Orange City with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UCF and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.
Lauren is passionate about family and holistic health. With over 3 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and 9+ years as a registered nurse, she has dedicated her career to women’s health while specializing in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy including Pellet Therapy. Her other certifications include Botox/Dysport, Medical Hair Loss, Weight Loss, Sclerotherapy, Male/Female Sexual Dysfunction, Prinlary Care, PRP/Stem Cells, and Joint Injections.
When not working, Lauren enjoys being out on her boat while spending time with friends and family.
Practice Manager
Martina, our dedicated Practice Manager, is a proud Florida native who was born and raised in the Sunshine State. She lives in Port Orange with her husband, Sean, and their two grandchildren, and she is also a loving mother to two daughters.
With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Martina earned her Associate’s Degree from Daytona College and became a valued member of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates in 2020. Her leadership and commitment help ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Martina has a passion for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, embracing the discipline and strength they bring. She also has a great sense of humor and loves making people laugh, bringing positivity to everyone around her.
Director of Finance
Alexis, our Director of Finance, was born in New Jersey and raised in Central Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in general business with a minor in business law from Florida Atlantic University.
A passionate sports fan, Alexis enjoys watching college softball and Major League Baseball, proudly cheering for the New York Yankees. Outside of work, she loves spoiling her beloved dachshund, Duncan. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing by the pool, spending days at the beach, binge-watching Netflix, and indulging in fun activities like miniature golfing and bowling.
Director of Men’s Sexual Health
Ty is a Florida native and was born in Tampa but raised right here in Port Orange. He obtained his Associate of Science in Nursing, Fire Science Degree, and EMT/Paramedic certification from Daytona State College. He also holds ACLS, BTLS, PALS, and Advanced Procedures certifications. His background includes emergency medicine, transitional care, home health, and men’s sexual health.
Ty joined AARA in 2020 and oversees our men’s sexual health program. His passion is treating and educating men on improving their quality of life, and he is a Curamedix shockwave provider. When he is not putting out fires or saving lives, Ty enjoys fishing/hunting, working out, and surfing.
