CEO/Owner
Dr. Jason Schottel is the founder and medical director of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates, where he is dedicated to helping patients optimize their health, improve quality of life, and address the underlying causes of disease rather than simply managing symptoms. Since establishing the practice in 2017, he has focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based care that combines traditional medicine with advanced therapies in hormone optimization, metabolic health, regenerative medicine, and longevity-focused care.
Dr. Schottel’s extensive educational background reflects his commitment to understanding health from multiple perspectives. He received his medical training at Saba University School of Medicine, earned a Doctor of Medical Science degree from Wilmington University, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, a Master of Science in Nursing from South University, and an MBA from Davenport University. He holds board certifications in Adult Primary Care, Pain Management, Anti-Aging Medicine, Chiropractic Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine, and Physiotherapy. He is also a Fellow in Metabolic Medicine with advanced specialization in Metabolic Cardiology and Regenerative Medicine.
Patients often seek out Dr. Schottel for complex cases involving hormone imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, cardiovascular risk reduction, chronic fatigue, weight management, and regenerative therapies. Known for his thorough and investigative approach, he believes every patient deserves individualized care and a deeper understanding of the factors influencing their health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Schottel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, strength training, reading, and following sports. A former professional football player and world-champion powerlifter, he brings the same discipline, determination, and commitment to excellence to patient care that he has demonstrated throughout his athletic and professional career.

Rebecca is the Chief Operating Officer of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates and one of the driving forces behind the practice’s growth and patient-centered culture. With more than 25 years of nursing experience, she combines a clinical background with a passion for leadership, ensuring every aspect of the patient experience reflects the practice’s commitment to excellence.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida, Rebecca built a career in mental health and correctional nursing before transitioning into healthcare operations. Today, she works closely with providers and staff to streamline processes, support team development, and create an environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
When she’s not at the office, Rebecca enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. A proud Pittsburgh native and lifelong Steelers fan, she brings the same loyalty, determination, and work ethic to her personal life as she does to the practice she helped build.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through a personalized, comprehensive approach to care. With more than 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and over a decade in nursing, she brings extensive clinical knowledge and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of her patients.
A Florida native, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Throughout her career, she has focused on women’s health, hormone optimization, and preventive medicine while developing expertise in primary care, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic treatments.
Lauren is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and dedication to uncovering the root causes of health concerns rather than simply treating symptoms. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes that education, communication, and individualized treatment plans are the foundation of successful healthcare.
Her attention to detail and thorough evaluation of each patient have helped identify significant underlying health conditions that may have otherwise gone undetected, reinforcing her commitment to providing exceptional, proactive care. Lauren’s goal is to empower patients to take control of their health and achieve long-term wellness, vitality, and quality of life.
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends. Whether relaxing on the boat or enjoying Florida’s beautiful outdoors, she values making memories with the people who matter most.
Director of Finance
Alexis serves as Director of Finance for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates and is an integral part of the practice’s leadership team. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication, she plays a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the practice while helping ensure that both patients and staff receive the highest level of support.
With a bachelor’s degree in General Business and a minor in Business Law from Florida Atlantic University, Alexis brings a strong foundation in business management and financial oversight. Beyond her official responsibilities, she is often the go-to person for problem-solving, process improvement, and helping keep the practice running smoothly. Her commitment, dependability, and positive attitude have made her a trusted resource for both patients and colleagues alike.
Born in New Jersey and raised in Central Florida, Alexis is a passionate sports fan who enjoys following college softball and cheering on the New York Yankees. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dachshund, Duncan, relaxing by the pool or at the beach, and making memories with family and friends. Whether she’s binge-watching her favorite Netflix series or enjoying a competitive game of miniature golf or bowling, Alexis appreciates the balance between hard work and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
Director of Men’s Sexual Health
Ty is a Florida native who was born in Tampa and raised in Port Orange. He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing, Fire Science degree, and EMT/Paramedic certification from Daytona State College. He also holds advanced certifications including ACLS, BTLS, PALS, and Advanced Procedures.
Since joining Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates in 2020, Ty has become a key member of the clinical team and oversees the practice’s men’s sexual health program. Drawing on his diverse background in emergency medicine, transitional care, home health, and men’s health, he is passionate about helping men improve their confidence, performance, and overall quality of life. Ty takes pride in educating patients on the underlying causes of sexual health concerns and guiding them toward effective treatment options, including shockwave therapy as a certified Curamedix provider.
Outside of the office, Ty continues to serve his community through his work in fire rescue. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing, and staying active in the gym.
